To be honest, I am still in the process of practicing my faith in tithing, in giving. But the peace I have is priceless.

At first I found it difficult to give to Good News Ministries. As a single mother with a child with neurodevelopmental disabilities, I found it a struggle to part with even just a little bit of whatever hard-earned money I have. (I forget that this is all from God.) But I have benefited so much from Terry Modica’s inspiring words of wisdom that I felt God’s call to give.

And let me tell you, as soon as I hit that button to complete my donation, I felt peace. Fear dissipated, and I felt God’s assurance that he will take care of me — of us. I felt him reassure me that he will never leave me. I was reminded that he always took care of our needs, and that he always pulled me through.

Now I’m looking forward to more of God’s generosity and promises in my life.
