God’s dreams for us are more imaginative, more interesting, and more beneficial than we can dream up on our own.
If what we’re dreaming of – if the goals we’re aiming for – have been placed in our hearts by God, then it deserves our every effort. If we have taken the time to discern and double-check that God is the source of our dreams, then we must let nothing stop us or else we are turning away from a plan that God deems to be very important.
We will encounter people who don’t understand our courage in pursuing our God-inspired dreams. They will try to convince us to do something more sensible. They will tell us “no” when we need their assistance, but we dare not take their “no” for an answer. If they are unpersuadable and unwilling to trust God with us, it’s time to find those who see a bigger God.
